WEEK 5: HYDRATION AND PAMPERING

 

Now that you’ve increased your body movement, make sure you’re aware of your hydration. You should be drinking 6-8 glasses of water.

  • Keep water at your desk at all times, and take a plastic bottle with you to work. Keep it full.
  •  Drink green or herbal teas at least one or two a day and keep the sugar low.
  • Try Agave as a sweetener, It’s magnificent.

Keep yourself pampered, you’ve earned it.

Try my lavender bath salts in your bath once a week, get more massages, rub yummy creams on yourself and massage it in (circulation). Use your affirmations during this time.
